Our Story
Mainline Plumbing was founded with a simple goal: to provide homeowners across London with a plumbing service they can genuinely trust. After years of working for larger companies, our founder saw too many customers let down by hidden charges, missed appointments, and shoddy workmanship.
We set out to do things differently. Every job we take on — whether it's fixing a dripping tap or fitting an entire bathroom — gets the same level of care and professionalism. We quote upfront, we turn up on time, and we don't leave until the job's done properly.
Over the past 15 years, we've grown from a one-man operation to a trusted team of Gas Safe registered engineers, but our values haven't changed. We're still the plumbers who answer the phone, explain things clearly, and treat your home with respect.
